Julian Anderson
Julian is a producer, engineer, and mixer based in Seattle, Washington. He has a passion for contributing to artists’ work in a creative and genuine capacity. While attending Seattle Pacific University for a degree in music, Julian began interning at London Bridge Studio in Shoreline, Washington. Working alongside the studio producer/owners and many other producers and engineers, Julian has served in various roles through the years. During his tenure as house engineer at London Bridge, he has worked as an assistant with artists such as Dave Matthews, Brandi Carlile, Sunny Day Real Estate, The Strokes, Matt Cameron, Ann Wilson and the Amazing Dawgs, KALEO, Nate Fox and Nico Segal, and many more.
Bringing out the best of any artist is paramount for Julian, whether that be through song-writing, instrumentation and arranging, or engineering. In 2024, Julian opened Thud Studio in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle with Daniel Holter. The space is a full production studio, used for songwriting, tracking, and mixing. Through his work with live instrumentation and proficiency with analog equipment, Julian can adapt in multiple genres and apply his skills for artists of any age and level.
